Restrictions on return
Items which are to be returned are at the customers costs and the sales office must be informed of any returns prior to sending. Where possible please return items in their original packaging. Please note we can only accept unopened Osmo tins/containers.
Please advise immediately if an item has been damaged in transit. This is to ensure that a replacement or credit can be issued.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by email or telephone.
