Jelutong is a major speciality of Moss & Co, with shipments throughout the year to satisfy the exacting demands of pattern makers, model makers, woodcarvers and manufacturers of picture frame mouldings and furniture. Jelutong is off-white sometimes pale yellow in colour with a fine barely visible grain containing latex canals. Jelutong is exceptionally stable and very easy to shape and smooth to a grain less finish for paint and lacquer work.
